In 1991, Global Builders began in Columbus, OH. Founder, Jonathan Schooler, learned all facets of the construction and restoration industry through hands-on, ground level experience. Recognizing the need for a full service restoration and remodeling company, offering expansive, quality service backed with guarantees, Global quickly grew in success.
In 2003, to meet the demand for this specialized service also in the Atlanta, GA area, operations expanded using the same successful philosophy, providing professional and consistent services.
In 2005, operations once again expanded to Jonathan’s home town, Columbus, IN, realizing the need to fill the gap for superb Insurance Restoration services in the central Indiana area.
In 2008 we voluntarily entered into a credentialing process by a third party company, confirming our financial stability, professional services, trained and certified staff, quality work, and satisfaction from customers. But most importantly the fact that we’ll be around for a long time – just like we’ve been for the last 17 years!
When we say locally owned, we mean it! Jonathan actively oversees each division of Global Builders and has established a local presence in each state served. The roots we’ve established in the communities we serve mean a great deal to us and this is why our name precedes us. We ARE Your Local Restoration Company.
