Customer Care Program

Our Customer Care Program is just that, we want your project to be the least disruptive to your life as possible, discussing with you, your current routines. Our staff will go over our "Preconstruction Checklist", also discussing the emotional highs and lows that come with construction. We also care about protecting your current assets so no other unnecessary occurrences happen. Our staff will walk through your schedule, the project timeline, and determine what we can do to accommodate you during your project.

Our Promise to You

When we have completed your project, we take the extra steps to assure satisfaction. Your Project Manager will do a walk-through with you, pointing out all that is important to look for in quality work. Once satisfaction is confirmed, you and your Project Manager will sign your Completion Certificate for your records and to be sent to your carrier. You will then receive a copy of any applicable manufacturer warranties as well as Global’s six year labor warranty to back our work.
